A brief description of the PSC organisation.

• Your club is managed by the "Executive Committee" which is elected at the Annual General Meeting (A.G.M.) held in June of each year.
• The A.G.M. is attended by a group of members who are called the 'Elective Members'. This group totals 119 members.
• The reason for the formation of the 'Elective Member' group is that it would be impractical to make a quorum from the total club membership.
• To become an Elective Member the member must fulfill the residential and other requirements as laid down in the club regulations.
