St Andrews ( Stableford) Good day out at this Course, it always seems quiet, even when it is not, and on this day it was. You always seem to be cut off from the other holes and very rarely see other Golfers on the other holes.
This is however a difficult Course to play as you have to be on your game. The fairways are well defined but stray from them and you are in big trouble. I was in big trouble on this day but playing along with me, Perry McNeely was having a blinder, would anyone play as well as him?.
Back at Bert's the players waited for the results and tested some of his finest, all the talk was how tough the Course had been, Perry however decided to stay on for a change despite the fact he does not drink. We soon found out why, Perry never plays a bad round at St Andrews and on this day he shot 39 points to win by nine points from Daryl Evans in second. Perry is the King of St Andrews at Bert's.
